Thank you to all the Dads, Grandparents, Uncles and special visitors who attended our Father’s Day Breakfasts on Tuesday and Thursday morning last week. Both mornings were very relaxed with children and their visitors enjoying a warm breakfast and juice together outside. The children enjoyed taking breakfast orders for their dad/visitor and then engaging them in a range of play activities in the Yanada Room and the playground. Basketball, the bowling alley, construction site in the sandpit and the playdough table were particularly popular. Special thanks to the mums who assisted with preparation and serving food on the day, Kate Ford (Lachlan’s mum – Birrung Room) and Renee Sciberras (Ayla’s mum—Yanada room).
